Ramadan and the first week of Syawal have just ended recently. Time flew so fast and I am hoping that my Ramadan will be blessed by Allah and hope to see them again next year. Insyaallah! The sad thing for me is the first Ramadan and Syawal that I am not celebrating with my beloved grandmother. 7 months have passed just like that and I am deeply missed her so much till now.


The memories still lingering on my mind and I wont forget the wisdom and advice for me to be strong and determine to achieve your goals in life. It is hard to move on but I am sure that my grandmother will not like me to be in this state so I prayed that my grandmother will be placed with pious people in Heaven.

Even this month is the festive month, my house is not as joyous as it is because my grandmother used to stay with me. Only closed relatives visited us. I am still happy that even without my grandmother, everyone is still contact with each other. As it is time of the month to seek forgiveness, I would like to take the opportunity to seek forgiveness to all those who I mistreated or whatsoever, hope that we are can forgive and forget. 

Half of June have passed, yet I only achieved only some of my resolutions as time does not always permit on my side hence, I will have to push aside and prioritize the important ones first especially on getting a new job is always so hard to get literally. I hated the part where they seek three to five experiences yet the pay is peanut butter. I don't understand how ridiculous it is especially the HR.


I would like to rant some thing about some HR people out there, especially those who is just a HR executive/assistant or minimally just graduated from your polytechnic, I think you need a life literally. Why I said that because they think they are the powerful ones who control everything but oh please, wasting people's time is your forte and not sincere in hiring, might as well, you just do all the shit yourselves right.


Some tips for those who want to be HR personnel:


1) Your online advertisement needs to be well detailed and clear like your face or maybe your colleague's face so everyone who applied understand what you want so as to not choke your email and waste their precious time. Remember, time is money!!


2) When interviewing, make sure that you must be sure that you want a right candidate for your boss's company and have a structured interview, may probe further to understand the candidates. Not being so judgmental and being such a loser.


3) This part is important, don't tell everything about your company benefits to entice your candidates showing that they are going to be recruited/hired, yet you are the one is delusional about it. Be upfront and if you are shortlisted, I will tell you more. Pathetic much!!


4) Inform your candidates if they are not successful- a lot of company's HR lacking on these. Should make it mandatory to do it so as not to waste people precious time. Disciplinary action taken to HR personnel if fail to do so!!


5) Lastly, make sure you are fit to be HR personnel, unless your company cannot make it so as to hire you desperately and yet at the end of the day, your future colleagues might be promoted or have a pay rise. Oh well, roll eyes!!

I am just writing this because I faced the same issue before and some of my good friends also faced the same. I think we need to ensure that more training needs to be instilled to the new HR, not only focused on experience, even you have 10 years of experience yet your hiring style is a newbie, I guess you just packed your bag and just fired yourself. Write an email to all- I am done with my life and I am not fit to be a HR.
