FOOD REVIEWS: SAKAE SUSHI AND THAI EXPRESS}
Wednesday, 1 July 2015 | 00:28 | 0Comment We all heard of Sakae Sushi and Thai Express! I was blessed with a feast during our bloggers’ briefing and it was awesome. A hungry person is an angry person but as for me, due to the delicious food I was thrilled.
Sakae Sushi
Any Japanese fans out there? Sakae
Sushi is a must to try! The service was given by the waitress was efficient! With that, my overall experience was marvellous!
Appetizers
Gobo no Kari Age are deep-fried shredded burdock root ($6.39).
It is appetizing and I will definitely eat them again!
Trio Carpaccio consists of the
Hokkaido scallop, maguro and salmon sashimi in tangy sauce. (13.99)
SALMON! SALMON! SALMON! It’s all about SALMON!
Salmon Zukushi - Sakae Sushi signature dish.
Salmon platter with 6
different combination of salmon! ($26.99)
These salmon were flown in daily to
ensure its freshness.
Long Bean Otah - My personal favourite!
Wrapped with long bean and deep fried otah. ($4.99). Unique and everyone loves it! 
Otah Katsu- Crisy breaded otah ($7.99)
Hiroshima Oyster Shooters- fresh
oysters accompanied with some sauce and a touch of lemon juice.
Yamaimo no Isobeage- deep fried Japanese Yam with seaweed ($6.39) Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to snap a pic for both.
Small eater? Try this!
Mini Chirashi Don- assorted
sashimi on sushi rice ($7.99) and
Mini Negitoro Don- Minced tuna belly and
spring onion on sushi rice ($6.99)
Mains:
Unagi Bibinba- Grilled eel with
shreeded egg and assorted vegetable ($16.99).
One word: Speechless! A mixture
of all the ingredients give me the “mmmmdaappp…” feeling! Kudos to this!

Desserts:
Special Chocolate Fondue- the
prices ranges from $19.99 to $57.99 (depends on what you choose).
Special ice
cream flavour: lavender, salted caramel, raspberry cheesecake and Sesame.

This is mildly spicy and superb!
